Your website already gives people the essentials: your menu, opening hours and contact details. We'd like to make it easier for someone who finds you online to take the next step and visit.
We'd like to offer you a complimentary website redesign. We've put together four options using your menu, photos and colours. Choose the one you like and we'll build the finished website for you. There is no charge and no obligation.

What we noticed on your current website
We checked tealcafe.co.uk from a visitor's point of view and ran our website audit. These are the things we'd address, along with why they matter to someone planning a visit.
- 1
Your logo isn't displaying. The image at the top of the page still points to the old web host. Restoring it would help visitors recognise Teal Cafe as soon as they arrive.
- 2
The homepage's “Your Visit” button leads to an error page.Someone looking for directions or practical details reaches a dead end. A working link would take them straight to the information they need.
- 3
The visit and afternoon tea pages have mixed-up addresses. The “Your Visit” page uses an afternoon tea address, while afternoon tea has a separate one. Clear links and page addresses would make both easier to find and share.
- 4
The map displays a setup warning. It shows “For development purposes only”. We'd correct the map setup so visitors can check where you are without that warning getting in the way.
- 5
The browser tab uses the WordPress icon.Using your own logo would make the website easier to spot when someone has several tabs open.
- 6
The page titles and descriptions could tell people more. Our audit found no homepage description and some very brief or all-capital titles. Clearer wording would give search engines a better summary of each page and help people understand what it offers.
- 7
The audit didn't find structured business information.Your details are on the page, but we didn't find the additional markup that helps search tools interpret things such as your address and hours. We'd add it using details you've confirmed.
- 8
Our audit tool sometimes meets a robot check. That prevented it from reading the page on some visits. We'd check whether legitimate search tools face the same restriction and adjust the setup where needed, while keeping appropriate security in place.
Why these small details matter
Someone choosing where to have breakfast or afternoon tea may only need a few answers: what's on the menu, when you're open and how to get there. If a link fails or the right page is hard to find, they may put off the visit or look elsewhere.
We can't tell from this audit how many visits, if any, you've missed. What we can do is remove those obstacles and make planning a visit easier.
Your complimentary website redesign
All four designs include the same work. You choose the look you prefer; we'll take care of the website and check the details with you before it goes live.

- 3
Make the pages, links and map work properlyWe'll address the issues above, restore your logo and use it in the browser tab too. Your website will keep its existing address, tealcafe.co.uk.
- 4
Make your information easier to find and understandWe'll give each page a clear title and description, add structured business details, include useful image descriptions and check access for legitimate search tools.
- 5
Check the finished site and share the resultsOnce it's live, we'll run the audit again and send you a before-and-after report so you can see what's changed.
What that would mean for Teal Cafe
An easier route from browsing to visiting
Customers would be able to read your menu, check your hours and find directions without running into the broken links we found. A consistent design would make Teal Cafe easier to recognise throughout the site.
Clearer information for Google and AI search
Accurate page titles, business details and accessible pages would help search tools understand what you offer and where you are. These changes support discovery; they don't guarantee a Google position or a mention in an AI answer.
How we'll check the improvements
The original audit recorded an overall score of 30 out of 100. The comparison below shows its category scores alongside the checks reported for the new designs. These are website audit scores, rather than a measure of customer visits or search rankings.
Original website audit compared with the new design checks
| Audit check | Current site | New designs |
| Page information | 13 / 25 | 25 / 25 |
| Relevant search terms | 1 / 15 | 15 / 15 |
| AI search checks | 0 / 15 | 15 / 15 |
| Technical SEO | 10 / 25 | To check once live |
| Links and authority | 6 / 20 | To check once live |
14 → 55 across the three categories checked in the designs, out of a possible 55.
We'll check the full website once it's live at tealcafe.co.uk, including its technical setup and performance. Links from other websites also affect the audit's authority score; a new design alone won't change those.
If you'd like to try the same tool, the Reeve Consult website audit is available at no charge.
